&lt;p&gt;After a string of failures, I’ve given up on finding reliable programmers and have decided I would be better off investing a year or two learning to code in BlitzBASIC. This will allow me to build prototypes to demonstrate various game concepts, and increase the potential to attract higher calibre talents later.&lt;/p&gt;
